Kuhlenwall

The residential project on Kuhlenwall in the center of Duisburg combines timeless elegance and functional architecture in a modern, compact structure. The six-story building is characterized by its clean, light-colored plastered facades, which are divided by horizontal bands. The ground floor is accented with matching clinker brick slips. The rounded corners of the building further emphasize the harmonious architectural style.

At the rear of the building, alongside the ground-level parking spaces, there are attractively landscaped, peaceful gardens that invite visitors to linger. The extensively landscaped roof areas, as well as the photovoltaic system planned for the main roof, reflect the building’s outstanding sustainability, which is being constructed to the “Climate-Friendly New Construction / Efficiency House EH 40” standard.

The building comprises a total of 41 age-appropriate and barrier-free residential units. Here, comfort and quality of life come together. In addition, a communal and recreational area will be created on the ground floor for the building’s residents. A service provider will offer a diverse range of programs and services for the residents there. Furthermore, a commercial space for an outpatient care service is planned on the ground floor.
