Kaiserpalais

Duisburg's best addresses are to be found at Kaiserberg. At Wilhelmshöhe, this aspiration became a development vision when a residential quarter was built. Already there, terraced sites open to the south and west.

Duisburg's highest construction site has been reserved for the Kaiserpalais. It is located slightly above the Wilhelmshöhe Quarter, a new building ensemble with a total of eight buildings. There is a unique view over the nearby forest, on a clear day as far as Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the evening, you can look over the trees to the lights of the city.

Two buildings complete the axis at Wilhelmshöhe, the palace and the pavilion. A total of four residential buildings are being constructed on the 4,000 square meter plot of land. With their backs to the forest and spectacular views of the plain, the buildings are arranged along the topographical contours of the Kaiserberg.

Stylistically, the buildings are oriented to the existing villa development, which is carefully supplemented with modern elements. Classic and urban in appearance, the facade impresses with its solid yet lively appearance.

The massive base with stone cladding accommodates the entrance to the underground garage and other utilities. It forms the strong base for a structure that strives towards the light with all kinds of external surfaces. The lattice railings on the loggias and terraces are conspicuous. The building appears timeless and beautiful.

Blankbau has developed this property until the start of construction. The partner company Novaform Deutschland GmbH was in charge of construction and sales.
